Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be requested for services that have not been completed or delivered as per the agreement terms. Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of payment. The request must clearly specify the reason for dissatisfaction or non-fulfillment of service.

Non-Refundable Services

Services that have been completed, delivered, or partially used, such as consultations or advisory services, are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, any payments made for customized services or work already started will not be refunded.

Requesting a Refund

Processing of Refunds

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 business days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please note that depending on your bank or payment service provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Cancellation of Services

You may cancel any ongoing service by notifying us in writing. However, once the service is completed, no refunds will be provided. If a service is cancelled prior to commencement, a partial refund may be issued, depending on the progress of the service.

Disputes

Any disputes regarding this refund policy will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The decision of BARDIYA AND ASSOCIATES LLP regarding refund requests will be final and binding.
